Q: |
What is Business-Class Service? |
A: |
Business class service is an ideal choice for users and organizations that can afford to have little-to-no downtime. We guarantee a 3-hour response time to any request. This means that you get on the road sooner rather then later. Clients in this class can also have the option of invoicing rather than payment on receipt. Business or individuals that setup an on-call relationship with DCS are considered recipients of business-class service. Clients wishing to remain on a payment-on-receipt or hourly rate customer will need to coordinate with their point of contact with DCS. |

Q: |
Will I be charged for travel costs. |
A: |
Clients in the Anchorage area are not charged a transportation fee. Clients located in Eagle River and Wasilla will incur a transportation charge of $15.00 and $30.00 respectively. This charge will be added on to the total cost of the service call. Special arrangements can be made for pickups only, but only if convenient for both parties. |
